Shipping Policy

Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we have made the shipping and delivery process easier for you because your comfort is our priority. Shoosh delivers your orders through the company’s fleet and may use other delivery companies or individuals during peak times to confirm your service and deliver your orders at the appropriate time for you. Shoosh’s delivery approach is same-day delivery in the UAE or within 3-5 working days in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. You will be asked to sign a copy of the invoice to confirm your receipt of the products as shown on the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of any person present at this address is considered as your receipt of the order.

Delivery Schedule

We offer order delivery service daily except on Sundays in the UAE and Fridays in other countries, and on holidays.

Important Delivery Information

  • The order owner is required to sign a document confirming receipt of purchases
  • Shoosh guarantees the safety of the order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves the store until the moment of delivery. Shoosh Company is not responsible for the product after signing the receipt document
  • The approximate delivery time guide is used starting from the moment the order is sent. Shoosh is not responsible for any delay that occurs due to fee payment procedures by the order owner.
  • Additional fees are added to the shipping cost of the order if the delivery location is within a remote area
  • If you wish to cancel your order and replace it, please go to the return policy page and follow the steps mentioned there
  • Please note that if your order has already been sent and you wish to cancel it, you must wait until it reaches you and then follow the return procedures

Refund & Returns

In order to build a strong and long-term relationship of trust with our customers, we offer a two-year warranty on all our products, so please review Shosh’s replacement and return policy.

Warranty and Replacement Policy

All our products are manufactured with the utmost care and in accordance with European specifications and the highest standards. The quality of each product is carefully checked before leaving the factory, and it is covered under a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal breakage resulting from negligence, error, tampering, or failure to follow the operating instructions safely attached to the product. This warranty does not cover tools purchased from unauthorized dealers.

Steps to replace the product in case of warranty:

  • Send a picture of the invoice and send pictures and a video explaining the problem.
  • A representative from the shipping company will be sent to receive the product.
  • Your request will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the product after verifying all the details and approving them from our quality team and you will be compensated with a new product.
  • Note: If the defect is due to misuse, the product will be shipped back to you and the customer will bear the shipping cost, but if it is a manufacturing defect, a second product will be sent to you for free.

Return Policy

“Shosh” provides a return policy to include all products and the consumer has the right to return the product he purchased within 3 days unless the product has been opened or used. In this case, the customer bears the shipping costs and the amount is refunded via a bank transfer to the account The customer within a period of 14 days and the shipping value is deducted from the total amount and the customer bears the bank transfer commission, if any.

  • A representative of the shipping company will be sent to receive the product with all its contents in full.

Return conditions:

  1. The return request must be made within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product and all product accessories must be intact and complete inside the box.
  2. The packaging has not been opened or the product used.
  3. The amount will be transferred within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product after examining it and verifying its condition.
