Warranty and Replacement Policy

All our products are manufactured with utmost care and according to European specifications and according to the highest standards. Each product is meticulously quality checked before leaving the factory, and is covered under a warranty against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal breakage resulting from negligence, error, tampering, or failure to follow the operating instructions safely accompanying the product. Tools purchased from non-authorized dealers are not covered by this warranty.

Steps to replace the product in the case of warranty:
